Assumption of Risk: I (over 18 years of age) affirm that I have voluntarily agreed to participate in the experiential activity organized by EdgeVerve Systems Ltd or/and with the assistance of any third party (Collectively refer to as “Organizers”) as part of Finacle Conclave 2018.
I agree to participate in the said activity with the knowledge of the possible risks and dangers involved that may result in harm to my health, life or/and property. I also agree to abide by any safety rules and instructions which may be required for such activity. I understand that I am solely responsible for my safety during the activity.
Representation of good health: I certify that I am physically and mentally fit and have no medical conditions that affect my ability to travel and or participate in these activities and have not been advised otherwise by any medical practitioner. I acknowledge that the Organizers in no way be responsible for any costs related to my medical care during or after such activities.
Release of Liability: I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY AND ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS INVOLVED, INCLUDING BOTH THOSE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME. I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS FOREVER THE ORGANIZERS, THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATED ENTITES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSOCIATES, VOLUNTEERS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, DEBTS, SUITS, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH I NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN SUCH ACTIVITY.
I AGREE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SERVE AS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR MYSELF, ALL MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY AND ALL MINORS TRAVELLING WITH ME, MY AND THEIR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES. IT IS MY INTENTION TO FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE ACTIVITIES AND TO RELEASE THE ORGANIZERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification: I further agree to “indemnify” (meaning to defend and to pay or reimburse) the Organizers against any claim by any person, including minors, arising in whole or in part from an injury or other loss suffered or caused by me in connection with the said activities. I further acknowledge and agree that I will not hold Organizers responsible for any acts or omission of third party even if I suffer any bodily injury or death or loss/damage to property.
Knowing and Voluntary Execution: I have carefully read and understood the provisions and legal consequences of this Agreement, and I hereby agree to all of its conditions. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
